The season on Lake Brienz starts on 1 March this year! The boat will take you from Bönigen to the picturesque fishing village of Iseltwald and back three times a day. Travel relaxed by train to Interlaken Ost. From Interlaken Ost railway station it is a 4-minute walk to the Interlaken Ost boat station. The boat station is opposite the station.
In spring, summer and autumn, all tickets and combination tickets are available on our boats and at the stations in Thun, Spiez, Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost as well as Brienz. During the winter months the stations remain closed. On Lake Brienz, navigation is suspended during the winter.

Yes, you can also buy your ticket ahead of the actual day of travel. Nevertheless, due to simplicity reasons, we recommend to buy your ticket at the day of travel.

The listed season tickets are not valid on our special culinary cruises; however, you will receive a discount with the GA and Half-Fare travelcards.
For groups of 10 people or more, we offer a discounted group rate (30% reduction on the single-person rate). To claim the discount, the group ticket must be purchased and paid for by one person and a reservation is required.
To enter the village of Iseltwald by coach, it is now mandatory to book a paid coach parking space. Parking slots can be booked via the following link:

From summer 2025 (exact date not yet defined), access to the village of Iseltwald by coach will no longer be possible at all due to new traffic routing.
To ensure a hassle-free travel experience, we recommend travelling to and from the village by boat.
